Ducati Service & Repair

Our factory trained technicians, Ben Noon and Andy Thornburn have the skills and equipment necessary to carry out the fundamental maintenance procedures on your pride and joy! We have invested heavily in our beloved workshop, and your motorcycle will receive the care and attention it deserves at Ducati Preston.

The Ducati Factory recommends service intervals of 6,000, 7,500 or 9,000 miles depending on model year. All Ducati motorcycles require an annual or twelve month service regardless of mileage. We not only use genuine Ducati parts but also Ducati endorsed products, such as Shell Advanced motorcycle oil and Agip coolant when servicing your bike. If you are unsure of the maintenance interval for your particular model then just give us a call, or better still pay us a visit to discuss service requirements and inspect our workshop facilities. The kettle is always warm for our customers...

At DMC we also specialise in the fitment of all Ducati performance parts and accessories, and specifically in track bike preparation and maintenance. Andy, Russ and Ben are all keen track day enthusiasts; if you need advice on set up or any aspect of track bike preparation then our most “senior” member of staff, Andy Thornburn, is most definitely your man. His passion for making Ducati’s look trick and go rapidly around a circuit is second to none. For this reason he is known fondly to us mortals as "The Guru".

Our chief mechanic, Ben Noon, has worked with Ducati since 2003. In 2012 Ben built and maintained Robbie Brown’s British Championship winning 848, and later worked on his Superstock 1199S Panigale that we are proud to say qualified outright for every race in the ultra competitive 2012 – 2013 Pirelli National Superstock 1000 championship. The highlight of this tough season was undoubtedly Robbie’s fantastic fourth place finish at Brands in the final race of the season.

Be assured that your Ducati is in very safe hands at Ducati Preston. We look forward to seeing both you and your Ducati in the near future!
